November 10th, 2010思考这个问题已经蛮久了，今天早上从一些点滴的小事中似乎又悟出了一些东西。可能完成这篇文章需要很多年，但是先开始吧。

October 14th, 2010A good email sent from one CEO to all of his colleagues. I did learn something from here. and I quote some good stuff as the nutrition to my growth.
“In short – (The company) is a place we’re happy to come to because we know we’re doing good things, with good people and in the best way that each of us is able to do it.”
“The common denominators in great teams are optimism, perseverance and the determination to help each other succeed.”

Growing
September 4th, 2010成长的过程中，总要经历生理和心理的痛，至少这是我对成长的认知。今天仿佛自己被打醒一样，想明白了很多事情。很多时候认为自己很成熟，或许某些时候，某些方面吧；另一面，自己真的很幼稚，连小学水平都没有达到。现在的笨小孩只想低着头，快步的赶路，让自己的心平静一点，再平静一点，还有，对自己好一点。
最近爱上那英的歌，听到这首现场版的<征服>，不禁潸然泪下。
