新闻里在播，某个社区的全民运动会上，一位中年男子因为一次连续做100个俯卧撑赢得了大家的掌声！忽然想起了高中的时候，自己也曾尝试练习并且达到过这个记录，不过当时的动力是初恋。^_^

立刻尝试着做了一次俯卧撑，发现自己的臂力已经远不如从前了，知道自己老了，可是内心却不甘放弃。再给自己一个目标吧，回到十多年前，一口气做下100个Push-Up。我想可以的，只要坚持练习，也许花的时间长一点，今天用4组，下周用3组， 到下个月应该就可以实现了。这一次，为的是证明自己。

Objective: 100 push-ups a day => 100 push-ups once

Time: 1 month

第一次使用Ecto发布博客，最近疯狂的爱上新的MacBook Pro了，简直是个尤物。

光阴似箭，岁月如梭。终于有机会再次见到了我的第一任老板，今年已经72岁了。时间改变了很多东西，染白了头发，带走了老伴，消灭了无益健康的烟瘾，留下羽翼未丰的儿子和孤独的老人。时间还是未能带走所有，依旧镇定自若的神情，对Espresso的钟爱，和一颗坚强的心。

早晨听到Michael去世的新闻，让我很难过。记得前个星期还和同事Danny谈起Jaskson的歌带给我们的感动, 生命真的是如此的短暂和脆弱。
